A young dynamic socially devoted lady highly educated with post Degrees in Law, Management with specialisation in Taxation Laws. She is also a Life Member of the "Rajasthan High Court Bar Association". She is the spouse of Dr. Akhilesh Das, Minister of State for Steel in the Government of India and the daughter of Late Justice D. P. Gupta, who has held high position in the State of Rajasthan, as its Governor and Chief Justice.

She is a legal consultant to several reputed organizations and is actively devoted to Social Work. Besides being the Advisor of Delhi Mahila Agarwal Samaj, she is connected with many National Social & Educational Organizations. She is the Vice Chairperson of Babu Banarasi Das National Institute of Technology & Management, Lucknow. The establishment of Northern India Engineering College (with the latest Foreign Technology), Lucknow was an initiative taken by her to provide quality education to match International Standards.

She has extensively traveled to Denmark, Italy, Japan, France, Switzerland, UK, and USA etc. and done in-depth study of the pattern of Education and facilities provided to the students there. This is an attempt to breed a self-made generation with an inbuilt care instinct to do something for the Country.
