B.Tech Proramme

The Academic Programme of B. Tech. Is spread over four years (08 Semesters). The First Year Course curriculum is common for all the branches of Engineering. Due weightage is given to Language, Social Science along with the basic sciences along with the professional Courses of each discipline.

From the Second Year onwards-professional course are taught in phased manner. Along with the basic core Courses, emphasis is given to elective from within the Course structure and pool electives i.e. from the outside the course structure. This helps students to attain proficiency in subjects of his / her interest also.

Inhouse training of 6 weeks is provided to students in the college campus after 2nd year, Students are sent for industrial training during the Third Year so as to expose them to the real engineering application of design, manufacturing, quality control etc.

In Final Year, the students are required to work for six weeks on project assign to them by the College. During the course of the project work, the students have to make use of the knowledge gathered during the Four Year studies and design, developed prototype, testing of the Project to the design specifications. The student has to submit the detail on the Project implementation. This improves the Engineering skills of the student and also helps him / her working independently on a task.
