Training & Placement

 

Development of business scene around the world as well as in our country has brought new approaches, particularly integration of wide spectrum of knowledge and application skills. With this as background, we are supplementing pure learning for academy with awareness secession and value programmes. To prepare them for the placement, the Placement Cell organizes various activities that orients students to face challenges of live situations. Various activities like Personality Development, Team Building, Group Activations and Mock Interview Sessions are regularly conducted for the students.

One of the criterion to meet the requirement of the Organizations is to have talents who are exposed to industrial environment and worked on projects. Therefore, special emphasis is laid on sending students for vocational training to industries of repute. The cell makes systematic efforts in this direction.

The Training & Placement cell is headed by Prof. P.N.Srivastava, who possesses strong industries background, held high management positions at Board Level of leading public, private sectors & MNCs, and also is actively assisted by Mr. Sanjay Srivastava, Sr. Lecturer, in order to ensure the presence of NIEC amongst the cross-section of Industry and Institutions alike.

The College is regularly interacting with Industry to identify opportunities of training and placement of the students. Executives from the corporate world are regularly visiting and interacting with the students to develop awareness about the current scenario of job opportunities.
