Northern India Engineering College is situated in the serene atmosphere at Dr.
Akhilesh Das Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow, adjoining the campus of BBDNITM and is a part of Babu Banarasi Das Group of Educational Institutions. It is at a distance of 15 kms from
Charbagh Railway Station as well as the Bus Stand and about 25 kms from
Amausi Airport.
Babu Banarasi Das Group of Educational Institutions is spread over 200 acres of land, out of which 50 acres is earmarked for Northern India Engineering college campus with infrastructure worth over Rs.50 Crores (US $10 Million). Infrastructure facilities viz. Lecture Theaters, Tutorial Rooms, state-of-the-art Computer Centre, Laboratories, Engineering Workshops,
Drawing Halls, Central
Library, Seminar Halls, separate
Hostels for Boys & Girls and Play grounds of Cricket, Football, Volley ball, Badminton have been adequately provided for. The ATM facility has also been made available by the leading Punjab National Bank for the staff and students of the college.

Infrastructural Facilities |
A seven storied academic block of the college with covered area of 1,60,000 sq. ft., is under completion out of which covered area of 1,50,000 sq. ft. is fully furnished and functional.
 A second academic block for MCA Programme with 25000 sq. ft. covered area with well equipped Class Rooms, Computer Lab and Seminar Hall is also functional.Computer Lab is having over 250 computers with internet connectivity through 2 Mbps leased line.
Other infrastructure facilities like Stadium, Auditorium and Gymnasium are under construction and going to be operational shortly. A Yoga and Meditation Centre is also available for the students.
