College of Engineering has several departments and advanced study groups.

In these groups the faculty interacts with each other to develop new curriculum as well as enhance the quality and content of existing curriculum. The objective is to continuously enhance the quality and content of the subjects taught to the students. These groups are also slated to enrich the knowledge and experience of faculty.

There is an inter-departmental and intra-departmental research activity in process by which the Institute faculty will work on common research projects. Engineering is not an isolated activity. A good grounding in Engineering & Mathematics is a requirement. This thus brings in collaboration with the faculty in Mathematics and Physics.
